What Curl Scoop is, in one Arcade Session
Curl Scoop is a local HTML5 build served from /play/curl-scoop/. Protocol step 1: open the address. Check result: the game starts inside the tab, with no installer, no account step and no network request found in the build file when it was checked.
The build's own tagline gives the whole plan: aim, sweep, scoop fish into the house. On the card it sits in Arcade / Ice Fishing, the only entry outside the farm filter. As a browser build it has no store page, so there is no store score or download figure on this card. Best results and unlocked stone skins are saved in the browser's own storage.
How one Curl Scoop run plays
Protocol step 2: drag to aim the stone, then release it. Check result: the stone slides along the sheet, and fish near its path are scooped toward the house, the target circle at the far end.
Protocol step 3: hold Space to sweep while the stone travels, and use the A and D keys to steer. Check result: sweeping changes how the stone carries on across the ice, which is the aim-sweep physics the card is tagged for. The HUD tracks Score, Fish, Ends and Combo, where an end is one throw. Golden fish add a bonus, stopping on the button, the centre of the house, is a named mission, and near-misses are counted too. The card lists the session range as 25–70 seconds.
Who this Arcade Session suits
Best for: aim-sweep physics on thin ice. Protocol step 4: compare the input with the other builds. Check result: Curl Scoop uses three inputs, drag, sweep and steer, so it asks for the most practice and gives the most room to improve a throw.
That suits a reader who likes to repeat one action and refine it. The missions list sets targets: scoop 25 fish in one run, reach a x6 combo on one throw, scoop four golden fish, stop on the button three times, finish eight ends, pull off five near-misses, or survive 50 seconds on the sheet. Mouse and keyboard players have the most direct control, since dragging and sweeping with keys fit a desktop naturally. It holds third place because the controls take longer to read than the other two builds.
Limits, and what Curl Scoop is not
Check result: sweeping and steering together can feel busy in the first ends, and the ice-themed physics may take a few throws before the stone's path becomes predictable. Sound has a toggle, and a pause button sits in the HUD.
What it is not: Curl Scoop is not a store app, not a simulation of a real curling match and not a multiplayer game. There is no account, no shared leaderboard and nothing to buy. Fish and golden fish are scoring items with no cash value, and the five stone skins, from Granite to Gold Leaf, unlock through score thresholds only. The facts on this page come from one check, and later edits to the build will not appear until the next one.
Closing note on this Arcade Session
Protocol result: Curl Scoop holds rank 3, the slowest to learn and the one with the most to refine. Next step: open the build and run one session of throws. Bloom Hop and Lantern Lane are the quicker starts if time is short.
